At Colbourne Ford, we continue to be here to serve the needs of the community, ensuring safe customer interaction. With our continued commitment to service all vehicles (including essential service vehicles) we will be here for our customers, ensuring safety, cleanliness and quality service.⁣

Getting to the grocery store, to the pharmacy or to work continues to be a priority for many. Therefore, we are continuously evolving our proc
edures to keep up with the demand for service. Here are our most recent safety precautions to ensure your safety:⁣

1. We will only open one entrance for the dealership to monitor traffic, ensuring our visitors don't exceed 5 in our showrooms or departments. Before entry is granted, all visitors will need to ensure they have not been out of country or province in the last 14 days or in the presence of others who have been, and that they are not currently ill.⁣

2. We will maintain appropriate social distancing as outlined by Public Health, ensuring we respect the 6-foot rule for communication and customer interaction in all departments.⁣

3. For vehicle service, you can drop your vehicle, at which time a loaner vehicle will be provided until your service is complete. Please note that shuttles will no longer be used to abide by social distancing requirements. Loaner vehicles that have been appropriately disinfected.⁣

4. All vehicles will be appropriately disinfected upon acceptance and again upon return.⁣

5. Two managers at each dealership are available to assist you in a safe, socially distanced environment. Alternately, please visit us online at 
www.colbourneford.ca or call us at one of our dealerships and our staff will be happy to assist you. All vehicles will be removed from the showrooms to provide appropriate social distancing. Please note that credit applications and financing can be done over the phone or online if preferred. ⁣

6. As per Public Health requirements, staffing has been reduced to provide our core staff the ability to appropriately distance themselves from co-workers.⁣
